If you are a serious late season hunter and love hunting a brassica plot full of bulbs this is the blend for you! Cold Front Brassicas contains 3 different brassica varieties that produce bulbs and make up 70% of the overall seed blend. Deer will love the turnip varieties and rutabaga. In fact, our personal experience shows that deer love rutabagas as much as turnips.
A Food Plot Concepts mix wouldn’t be complete without adding groundhog forage radish. We can’t stress the benefits of radishes enough. A great early season draw they will help to set the pattern for the brassica section of your food plot for the entire season. They are also a key component when it comes to improving your soil. We round out the mix with additional brassica varieties that are extremely palatable, high in protein, provide lots of forage, and able to effectively withstand grazing pressure from deer ensuring a quality food source all Fall.
